The Famous Grouse blend contains Highland Park and The Macallan, both owned by Edrington. Scotland's national game bird, the red grouse, is its emblem.

They have forged lasting relationships with various grain producers, water sources, and cooperages through the years. The woods used to finish Grouse are former sherry and bourbon casks, giving it that characteristic sweet and smooth taste.
